Lena Bacso

As a working student during the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked into a company in full-time home office, learned to understand processes and recognize problems. Through independent thinking, creativity and a quick comprehension, I successfully implemented strategies that derives from the needs and expectations of customers and prepares for future challenges which were various practical projects within my master's degree program. Some practical projects presented itself challenging due to many elements and taught me the knowledge relevance of my own target group and to implement creative problem solutions within a short time. My experience shows me how important it is to leave your own comfort zone and think out of the box.
