Responsible for Transfer Agency functions of Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund clients (non-UCITS), including : - Being interim Team Leader from May 2019 to present, - AML/KYC & investor on-boarding in collaboration with compliance and the client, - The supervision and review of Hedge Fund share dealing process, - The maintenance and review of share registers, - The review and approval of capital call and distribution supporting documentation on RE and PE funds.

Working in the Global Funds Distribution department, assigned to international clients with diverse fund types including EU and Non-EU AIF. I work on the German speaking team as 'regulatory expert' for Germany and Austria - Assisting in client requests and projects such as fund documents, prospectuses, investor notices, and registering new funds in Europe, Asia, and LatAm. Furthermore, I am responsible for Twitter content (@PwC_3W), as well as writing articles for the 'Advisory' quarterly newsletter.

Calculating, reviewing, and distributing the daily NAV of Luxembourg SICAV and SIF funds for international clients. I also prepared monthly management reports and quarterly board packs requiring close attention to detail and 100% accuracy. I was responsible for training new hires, including a 3 month period as coach to the first 3 employees of the Poland office - giving me a first exposure to team workflow and daily task allocation.

Internal projects for regional sales department (including NPS ratings, and responsibility for managing 'Vodafone sales trainings' held); Support for area sales representatives; Creation of statistical reports and presentations for head office and internal ratings; Presentations to shop owners of new concepts and ideas for improving service.
