Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, bids, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval

Management of incoming and outgoing mail, emails and correspondence, including where appropriate re-routing to executives. Maintain of accurate board minutes, including taking notes at meetings, preparing draft minutes for CEO’s review and ensuring approved minutes are entered into the Corporation’s Minute Book. Collate and distribute monthly Executive Report to relevant stakeholders and BoD members Maintain corporate hospitality infrastructure including Board room and CEO’s office

Day-to-day communication with internal customers (production lines) to define their business needs Creation and maintenance of purchasing documents Compliance with internal controls and support of back-end accountability such as invoice discrepancies

A results driven, self-motivated and resourceful project coordinator with an in depth understanding of all aspects of project coordination and implementation. Experience of supporting the delivery of new and existing products and business enhancements. Well presented with excellent communication skills and having a commercial approach to solving problems and developing business.
