Since foundation in March 1989, XCMG has always kept its vanguard role in Chinese construction machinery industry for 24 years. At present, it ranks 5th in world construction machinery industry, being a large enterprise group with the largest scale, the most complete product type and series, and the highest competitiveness and influence in Chinese construction machinery industry. During my period ,I'm gathering experience on HR Plannig and recruitment, good at HRBP and Cross-culture management.

1. Responsible for daily recruitment activities which including job posting, resume screening, interview schedule, candidate interview and on-board preparation etc. 2. Assisting HR Manager on performance evaluation, probation evaluation. 3. In charge of monthly payroll /social insurance and housing found. 4. Responsible for setting up, maintaininng and updating the personnel files to the database. 5. Supporting HR Manager to plan and organize company activities, to build positive employee relations.
