Here at Linx Digital I act as a hybrid of research, experience and visual designer in a B2B scenario. Currently allocated at the 'Catalog' product, I develop from product discovery and internal workshops to wireframes, research and high fidelity prototypes. I'm the facilitator that brings the user perspective to the team, and also our business view to the product. I work closely with our product's PO, commercial and dev teams in defying the software retail scenario.

As a collaborator for Try I had the opportunity to work in multiple teams and therefore took part on projects involving Usability Test moderation, UX Design/Qualitative Research and Service Design. These approaches were implemented on projects from various industry segments such as Telecom, Credit Bureau, Financial, e-Commerce and Service sector (both B2B and B2C).

Signage, Wayfinding and Environmental design. Projects from concept to detailed design for clients like Google, O Boticário, Embraer, Lenovo, Sanofi and residentials.
