The hotel is hosting people in Covid-19 quarantine isolation. I was supervising students from the hotel and restaurant school in Copenhagen.

Over the weekend, I oversaw the operation of the hotel as a receptionist. I was responsible for various tasks in all fields. I verified the bookings made on the day and made sure that personalized requests were met upon arrival. I archived registration cards and receipts, handled pre-payments, check-in/check-out, room distribution and consultation with housekeeping and kitchen.

Ackermann offers e-mail marketing services to improve relationships between companies and their target group. I was in the marketing department and responsible for developing the social media strategy. Main platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram.

I was part of the German marketing and sales department. My tasks involved paid advertisement on social media through Facebook Business Manager, e-mail marketing, website optimization, translations from Danish to German, budget planning, developing sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team and customer service via e-mail. During my employment, we opened two Arca locations in Germany. I was responsible for the acquisition of new members, customer service and publishing content for SoMe.

I was responsible for sale of tickets, food and vouchers, and also for ticket-checking and of cleaning the halls. Furthermore, I participated organizing different events for the customers.

This graduate program focuses on the customer journey & touchpoints, customer experience, digitalization, strategic planning and business development.

I completed two bachelor´s degrees – bachelor of science and a bachelor of arts. I studied subjects at SDU and Europa-Universität Flensburg. The spoken languages were Danish, German and English. Through my bachelor´s degrees I obtained economic and linguistic competences.
