D2C. Data. Sports. All about customer profitability. I'm a business-oriented data generalist, passionate in bringing insights and guidance into growth teams at Ryzon. Experienced in developing data models that fundamentally drive growth while increasing profitability in terms of customer acquisition budget allocation, retention and marketing efficiency. My roles are divided into two fields. As Business & Data Analyst I am responsible for: • Establishent of a data unit & development of an analytics roadmap • Planning & building data infrastructure + customer-centric KPI-landscape from scratch • Performing business analytics & planning on P&L level as well as data deepdives w/ customer focus As Growth Lead I am responsible for: • Leveraging synergy effects between Analytics, Finance & Marketing • Setting objectives & enabling of project work within acquisition & retention teams • Steering of acquisition & retention processes aiming for maximum growth within efficiency framework
