Responsible for developing the innovation culture inside the Service Solutions unit in Bosch Latin America. This envolves organizing design sprints for generation of new services and validating new business models of services enabled by technology that can be sold by Bosch. Direct use of Scrum, Design thinking and lean Startup.

Activities included: study the brazilian ecosystem of innovation, study and apply methodologies of innovation and business models to the intra-startups. I also helped to create the internal innovation process and helped to develop actions to foment the innovation in the plant, I was the coordinator of an internal event, where we brought more than 30 companies inside Bosch to talk about open innovation and also the coordinator of a Hackathon, which was opened to the public, gathering more than 100 people.

First contact with the start-up world. I helped to create events of divulgation of the incubator and also training activities for the start-ups. Also responsible for the documentation and inventory.

Responsible for the numerical simulation of the extrusion of an elastic film. At the end of the internship the simulations helped to correct a flaw in the product
