• First level support (ticket handling) • Coordination of technical problems in the area costing and implementation of activities in the month-end closing (Cogs Bolt On, OCM, COPA), taking into account the guidelines. • Assisting in the validation of new business processes and ensure best practices. • Knowledge transfer through implementation of workshops and trainings. • Work closely with the Regional Office Europe Globe.

Perform 1st level operational support to Competence Center customers (20-30 factories, 30-40 legal entities, 300 DCs); Solve issues and questions related to manufacturing, COGS, transfer prices; Execute parts of Period End Closing / Budget / Transfer Price; Provide error analysis and reconciliation figures, (budget consistency, finished goods stocks); Provide expertise to the customers in explaining result data; Support questions from internal and external auditors.

Create purchase order to source hardware, software & services needed for the customer order; Placing purchase orders in line with customer needs; Communicate with Front Office for solving issues on requests; Contacting suppliers asking for order confirmation; Send purchase orders to suppliers. Enter orders in SAP; Support local unit to solve invoice discrepancies.

Write an analytic report, find and explain the main financial evolution. Propose an appropriate guide for a public institution in France: methodology for financial analysis.
