•Supporting different international customer projects in the planning phase of an automated solution with the focus on increasing OEE or definition of new production line designs. •Defining and understanding customer needs, investigating production processes applying Lean principles. Elaboration of URS and FDS. •Working in close cooperation with PDS, Controls, Sales, Application and Simulation department to define optimal systems.

Manage and support projects for product life cycle development for the line of automated CNC generators and polishers. • Act as the link between the customer and different company areas for successful development of new products, processes, and business opportunities. • After-sales support to customers and technical sales support. • Monitor efficient working of the different projects with all teams involved, and ensure compliance to project plan, in deadlines and quality.

Responsible for international projects in the implementation, startup and follow-up of processes and machine cutting edge technologies developed by R&D. • First level of engineering support and diagnosis at customers for automated (multidisciplinary) equipment. • Prepare, coordinate and execute at customer comprehensive tests to validate machine/process quality and robustness. • Product support in international Trade Fairs.

Set up and manage different production lines for newest lens manufacturing technology, constantly improving consistency, quality, throughput, safety etc., in the production environment and processes.
