- Responsible for the order fulfillment process of DSM (Nutritional Products/Food Specialties) such as baking, beverages, brewing and dairy enzymes/cultures. - Order entry, administration and tracking. (from DSM factories in Europe/US/Australia to Latin America) - Maintain updated customer contact information. - Maximize customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for exporting orthopedic implants (negotiation/ documentation). - Responsible for contracting international freight. - Development of market analysis, seeking new business opportunities and medical innovations mainly in the orthopedic field. - Involvement in the company’s internationalization project (two months in Switzerland). - Translation of various documents (commercial and quality).
