-Developing QHSE strategy (ISO9001,-14001, OHSAS18001), including migration into ISO 45001 requirements; -Development of risk-based approach; -Expert advice in the certification process, initiating and coordinating corrective actions; -Supervising int. QHSE-audits, consulting and supervision corrective actions; -Promoting a safety culture through conducting Behavioural Based Safety system and QHSE trainings for employees; -Project management - IT-tool supporting QHSE MS, managing a 15-person team.

-Supervising the implementation, development QHSE MS, preparing the company for the certification (ISO:9001, 14001 and OHSAS:18001); -Planning, participation - int. QHSE audits, proceeding of findings, supervising corrections and conducting supplier's audit - drilling and geophysical surveys; -Assisting in investigation near misses and reported hazards; -Generating, maintain QHSE documentation; -Designing, implementation on IT-tool supporting QHSE MS; -Team’s work organization (6 person).

-Conducting inspections of PGNiG SA contractors working of well drilling and geophysical surveys; -Conducting personnel trainings on QHSE matters; -Designing and implementation the “QHSE Portal” – interactive tool that support managing of QHSE Integrated Management System.

-Creating exploration-well projects and participation in checking their location in the field; -Seismic survey analysis and interpretation in matter on petrophysical properties of source rocks; -Creating petroleum fields models, as well geometrical as a parametric.

-3D and 2D seismic interpretation (mainly Petrel software, Landmark, SQUA), seismic attribute analysis, seismic well-tie; -Working on geological/geophysical analysis (sedimentological, petroleum systems - also unconventional); -Creating geological / geophysical projects, documentations; -Geological supervising (seismic research); -Working on projects and development activities on Polish unconventional gas fields (project BlueGas II - Polish Shale Gas) -Development of Petrel geological database;

- 2D seismic interpretation; - Familiarizing with license obtaining process, preparation of documents for the Ministry of Environment, - Participate in team working on geological and geophysical analysis.
