Project leader of 2 product iines. Marketing & management activities.

Architected and deployed HPC infrastructures to manufacturing companies based in Switzerland. Configured and deployed +30 IaaS VMs with ANSYS, OpenFOAM using Azure Services and containerization techniques such as Docker Developed software to automatically detect particles on images from bright microscopy using Java, Spring Boot, ImageJ and FiJI.

Implementation, Design and Testing of asynchronous modules for presence management system. Used technologies: JAVA, Spring Framework, MyBatis, ActiveMQ.

GPU acceleration of quantum mechanics code (GAMESS). Desing and implementation of Software fo Testing apps automatically using OOP and Python. Evolutionary Algorithms in optimization of transition states.

Developed Software using C for Image Retrieval System.

Developed Software for grid computing using J2EE, SOAP messaging, Eclipse RCP.

Developed Software with GUI for automated image analysis in JAVA for microscopy laboratory.

Ph.D. thesis “Multimodal image processing in cytology” introduced machine learning and image processing methods for cell segmentation and classification in microscopy and cervical cancer diagnosis.

Major in Computer Science, graduated in 1% of best students in the faculty, Master thesis “Computer system for acquisition of biometric data” was partly realized at Infineon, Munich.
