At the beginning of COVID crisis in UK, I answered the call to #FeedTheNation with Muller Milk. I use a combination of my logistics and production skills to smoothly move the products from production lines and to load them onto trailers. • I informally lead the team of people moving the product to the staging zones whenever the situation calls for it. I do that by coaching employees and setting an example with my own work ethic.

During the COVID pandemic I put a lot of effort to support the production of food for the citizens of United Kingdom and other countries. Part-time job at the bakery let me achieve that by working: - on production lines, - as an order picker, - on despatch.

During the weekends I made sure that the required type and amount of bread is loaded on the right truck on the right time!

While looking for a new management role, I found a temporary employment in manufacturing. In this Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company, I ensured an organised movement of produced goods from production lines to the despatch area. • I ensured proper stock movement within the plant by time-efficient and well organised labelling and transfer of pallets to designates staging areas.

During the weekends I was picking about 1.500 items for the Shop Direct's customers. I made sure all the orders were picked: - in timely fashion, - correctly, - with quality items only. I also kept the shop floor tidy, guided new employees and performed quality checks on stock.

I was brought to David Phillips to manage and reinvent underperforming and obsolete warehouse. My job was to ensure day-to-day business gets done right and on time, while improving the warehouse, its operations and developing its teams. • I reorganised my warehouse department into financially viable, safe and efficient part of the business. The department received new Goods In/Goods Out processes, new staging areas and a total clean up.

Amazon is a global leader in technology, known for its Amazon.com website. I got hired just before Amazon’s peak time and when I was seeking new challenges in logistics. - I executed the warehouse part of the introduction of Amazon’s new service, Merchant Fulfilled Network, being the first of such a type in Manchester, - I ensured that daytime operations ran smoothly by training new operatives, debriefing the drivers and setting up the sort lines.
