Led group of analysts during 3 projects. I was responsible for requirements management, controlling functional scope, providing technical design and development (with PM). All projects were successfully completed. Biggest project was solution design for $2mln contract for data management platform development.

Worked as part of the scrum team delivering improvements to client-facing B2C products of the company platform: product ownership / business analytics. Key products: - KYC: simplified and automated a process, led to 2x increasing of speed of client onboarding - Binary options platform: collecting requirements and solution design. - Web Trading platform: led partnership with the vendor.
