Praktikant im Technologie Entwicklung Gießen bei AUDI AG. 1. Temperature - time evaluation of dosing furnace of aluminium die casting with Excel and Mat Lab, breakdown of Continuous cycle by process steps. 2. Modelling of runner and gating system for various cast parts of Audi R8 in CATIA V5. 3.Performing Thermal, fluid flow simulations and result validation of gating systems in FLOW3D.
Werkstudent im Presswerk bei Volkswagen Zwickau. It was great experience to work in Volkswagen plant, Zwickau. Here I worked in Presswerk, where as a team we performed quality inspection on all components of ID3 and ID4 cars directly after production in the Presswerk.
