With over 15 years of HR & Employee Management in EU and UKI, Middle East, and South East Asia for the Technology Sector. I have experience as an Employment Policy/Process, Employee Engagement, Culture Activation Advisor and Technology Recruitment specialist. Understanding Business requirements and building “Human capital” that supports its long-term growth. Every role that I worked in – i created the basic DNA of the People Function from scratch, launched a company in a new region or build the foundations of a more engaging workplace. I am currently leading the Europe, UK and Ireland Region for Visionet Systems inc. as Director Human Resources, EU & UKI. I launched 02 successful consulting businesses, where I still serve as a Director. Mushawar Solutions (2016) in Pakistan and Mushawar UK Limited (2017) in United Kingdom. I had the privilege to be on the advisory boards of International Women Empowerment Events (IWEEglobal.com) and The Doppler Effect.
