Development and implementation of The Contract Management System in 50 companies of TNK-BP (upstream, downstream, petrol chemistry). Creating Help Desk: 3 supporting lines situated in 3 cities (Moscow, Ryazan and Nizhnevartovsk), working 24/7. System users are located in 18 cities in Russia and Ukraine.
