- Based in HQ Shanghai, management of 2 people - Management of French brands and Chateaus: Baron Edmond de Rothschild (Chateau des Laurets, Chateau Clarke), Ginestet (Taillan group), Yvon Mau (Freixenet group), Opera, Veuve Amiot, Skalli (Boisset group). - Marketing strategic plan at national level: brand/product pricing and positioning, promotions, events, marketing budget management.

- Fine wines products portfolio management (Bordeaux GCC and EP, Artisan fine wines): promotion, event, training, stocks management. - Annual sales forecast and target tracking, sales analysis, market trend survey.

- Management of 6 people (3 sales, 1 assistant and 2 wine consultants) - Management of key accounts and new accounts development in on trade (international 4-5 star hotels, Western and Chinese restaurants and bars); in direct sales (Foreign Consulates, associations, companies and privates.). - Sales offers proposals through SWOT analysis - Negotiation, promotions, tasting events, competitor monitoring - Annual budgets forecasts, sales and margins targets tracking and cost controls

- production: search of new manufacturers (clothing, accessories, goodies...), factory visits, follow-up of samples development/orders/payments, negotiation, report to the head-office in Paris. - commercialization/marketing: to develop in China the French brand "COM8" and contact with licensee/distributor.

Import Manager of 8 stores in Southern China (Wines/Food): - to negotiate with suppliers (promotions, TG, free tasting); - to follow the orders, sales and stocks at regional level; - to organize fairs (Asian food, Western breakfast, Imported wines) - communication & marketing; - to train Chinese staff; - market study : data analysis and reports.
