Über mich
Malte Hedemann holds a degree in Business Informatics. After various positions at Lufthansa Technik, he joined the Volkswagen Group IT in 2009. As the responsible IT project manager for the logistics SAP template, he has proven experience in project management, logistics and production. In 2017 he joined the VW brand logistic to work on the digitization roadmap. Together with his team he won several innovation awards and was nominated for the German VDA Innovation award. In 2019 he took over his new position at the Group Academy of Volkswagen. He works on the digital transformation of Volkswagen towards an agile and mobile company. Starting in 2021, he developed the VW SAP Academy. At the end of 2021, he took over the lead of the Group Collaboration:HUB, to support Volkswagen's transformation towards hybrid and agile collaboration. In June 2023 he took on the role as SAP project manager for the introduction of the group template for production and logistics at VE Commercial Vehicles.
