Leading the Value Creation activities in Manufacturing, having the Program Lead for different major insourcing activities and Launches in connection with significant Capex projects. Having the oversight for the Manufacturing relevant MSA's and TSA's between Elanco/ Eli Lilly and Novartis.
Governance and global oversight of TechOps Strategy, Engineering and Operational Excellence. From May 2014 until December 2014 responsible for the Integration Planning, leading the Techops Team into the new Elanco company owned by Eli Lilly. Worked in a broader team together with the other functions on all levels in close collaboration with Novartis M&A as well with external and internal consultants & lawyers.
