- Designed the end-to-end reporting platform on top of the new SAP Financing Solution at John Deere Financial (United States), participating in the phases of blueprinting, realization and go live (full lifecycle) using a combined ASAP and ABM (Axxiome-proprietary) methodology. Coordinated and tested the work of twenty developers located in different locations across the globe (Australia, India, Germany, USA).

- Design and implementation of Data Marts for interdepartmental financial reporting at Doha Bank (Qatar). ETL processes implementation with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services 3.1, connecting to miscellaneous data sources such as Core Banking, Credit Risk Management, Liquidity, Customer Profiling systems, excel spreadsheets, etc. Developed reports to meet the regulatory requirements of the Qatar Central Bank and Central Bank of Kuwait.

- Reporting, ad-hoc querying and analysis with SAP BusinessObjects tools such as Crystal Reports, Desktop Intelligence, Web Intelligence. - Development of SAP BusinessObjects universes on top of operational business systems such as Siebel CRM, Clarity PPM, Track-It! and custom data marts, for the company Picis (Boston, USA). - Definition of KPIs through the understanding of the business in various verticals. Representation and analysis of the data by building scorecards and dashboards with Xcelsius.

- Technical design and development of new functionalities and custom modules in Siebel 7.7 for the company in the energy sector Gas Natural (Barcelona, Spain). - Participation in a migration project of the Siebel application, from version 7.0.4 to 7.7. - Coordination of a team of CRM developers to accomplish predefined goals. - Design and execution of technical and functional test plans for the whole application.

- Research work in the Applied Physics and Photonics department: Study of Polarization Switching in VCSELs induced by Optical Injection. - Scientific publication in the 9th Annual Symposium of the IEEE/LEOS Benelux Chapter, 2004: M. Triginer, I. Gataré, H. Thienpont, M. Sciamanna and K. Panajotov. Experimental Mapping of Polarization Dynamics induced by Optical Injection in VCSELs.

- IT support and troubleshooting technologies and equipment related to image, sound and video conferencing. - Computer hardware assembly and software installation and configuration. - Web development using HTML, Perl and MySQL database.
