Job content was to educate local Chinese staff in R&D and production processes, e.g. the lean manufacturing etc. It was intensively enhanced procedures in logistics, product / process quality, suppliers and supplier qualification. Other tasks were to transfer and localize products from Germany. The GM was responsible of keeping relationship to the local authorities and governments.
