The two year curriculum of this adult education program included subject matters such as basics of market economy, basics of information technology and computing, programming in C and Assembler, relational Databases, UNIX incl. shell programming, Computer Networks, Novell Netware

The program’s curriculum was primarily teaching about conventional analogue electronic and digital electronic circuitry, discrete semiconductors, integrated circuits and passive electronic elements; the goal was to acquire skill for making and repairing electronic devices/appliances.
