Moment to improve Wines from a different and traditional way. Im alone with 22 winecellers all around Spain, which I colaborated. Im a reseach invest in Ancient and rare wines. Im starting , and Im working so hard to develop some innovates ideas , but not everybody things like me. I dont care, I can take all and then manage how to do it. People must be conscient and have a more open mind here in my country.
