The projects implemented ePassports integration, biometric identification, biographic data management, database storing. The biometric data consisted of photo capturing/storing and fingerprints capturing/matching/database saving. Agile driven migration of C code for Tachographs to C++ on a new RTOS. Scheduled and tracked the local project activities as a Scrum Master. Mentored colleagues in Object Oriented related issues. Part of a team responsible for change and configuration management tools. Participated to migration of the process to Synergy/Change tools. Led a team of 5 persons that implemented solutions in C# for pharmacies that delivered medicines for old people homes. Responsible of architecture and design.
