Provides technical vision and leadership as one of nine members of the country’s top Management Team, known for consistently meeting operational performance targets. Accountable for strategic planning, execution, and management of all IT services in Cyprus, and aligning with company-wide IT objectives. Manages $2 million annual budget, internal and vendor SLAs, and develops operational standards and procedures.

Oversaw project lifecycle for multiple simultaneous internet solutions, with accountability for administering $500,000 budget and developing project proposals and scope. Managed requirements gathering and sign-off, and design, implementation, and launch of 20+ successful projects. Synchronized training plans with company’s constantly changing strategies to foster team alignment and enhance performance.

Spearheaded all aspects of implementing company’s Quotation system, including analysis, design, risk management, and development and execution of project scope.

-- Testing Team Leader Managed a 12-person team of AMS and client employees tasked with developing and testing 1,000+ test scripts for an integrated system and user acceptance testing. Led team in verification, documentation, and reporting of system problems. Responsible for time, cost, and quality parameters for entire team, as well as mitigating risks with test coverage. Reported directly to AMS and client Project Managers.
