I analyzed the weekly reports of company’s projects (their progress, budgets, spending, barriers, and profits or achievements) using Project Management Software, DCOMonicon from DCOptima (www.dcoptima.com). The result of the analysis thenceforward reveals the company’s performance and it is used by the stakeholders as the reference in decision-making process.

I handled the diplomatic communication between Indonesia and West European countries: responding the letters, fax, email, and telephone. Then, to organize the meetings with representatives of West European countries' embassies in Jakarta, to write notes during the meetings, and to make the reports after the meetings.
