After giving birth to my son I reduced my working hours. Consequently I stepped down from leading my team and focused on special projects in Finance instead. Responsible for special Finance projects within Siegfried Group like introduction of Siegfried ERP to all new subsidiaries, update of Internal Controls of new subsidiaries to Siegfried standard, update of accounting manual, preparation of presentations for Finance leadership team and global Finance team meetings.

Reporting to CFO. Responsible for Public Group Financial Statements according to Swiss GAAP FER (earlier IFRS) and all local Financial statements. Leading a team of 8 people. Responsible for correct reflection in financial statements for all special projects during that time period. Responsible for Internal Controls, taxes/tax planning. Primary contact for external auditor. Regular site visits on all our major sites globally.

Audit Assistant involved in US GAAP, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER and Statutory audits including Internal Control audits according to Swiss standards and Sarbanes Oxley Act 404. Clients included large multinational public clients and some notable SME.
