Working on Requirement gathering, Business Process Mapping & Gap Analysis and testing of HCM modules during the implementation of PS9.1 for European markets. Creating test scenarios, executing test scenarios, controlling and monitoring testing team, troubleshooting. Focused on UK payroll with more than 10000 employees and custom interfaces.

Worked on implementation projects for HCM module (Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Recruitment, Time management, Training, Performance management, Reimbursement). Requirement gathering, Business Process Mapping & Gap Analysis, Performed Application Configuration in all required instances, data gathering, data checking, Business process testing, Prepared test cases for UAT testing, communicated with clients, documentation preparation, configuration and functional development, deployment and support.

Led team of 7 people and handling 12 major clients in countries of Europe, Asia and Australia. Support for PeopleSoft HRMS, team training for PeopleSoft functional handling, data analysis, data mining, reporting, functional development, root cause analysis for chronic problems and major situations. Solved payroll processing issues ad hoc and making sure that everything runs smoothly for more than 25000 employees all around the world. Functional and technical development in PS 8.9 and 9.0.

Worked on implementation of Sharepoint Server 2007, Training of end users, administration front and back end, development of infopath forms, development of workflows, pages, user groups, managing security of website. Used SQL developer, Sharepoint Designer 2007, Sharepoint Server 2007, Windows Server 2003, 2008. Worked on implementation of Microsoft CRM.
