Being part of a team of different people, creating an environment where we believe that employees work hard and look for innovative solutions for themselves.

As an intern, I was deeply involved within Triodins way of doing business. The daily activities, which includes on the one hand observation, support and assist by performing on my own. Along with giving feedback, from and to colleagues during the training of groups, coaching on the job, giving workshops and hand-outs for the client.

A one semester exchange at INSEEC Business School, Bordeaux, France.
