As an agency director, I contributed to the substantial growth of the agency's premium client portfolio, both natural and SME clients, Ovidiu Agency becoming a certified agency in October 2018, I participated in numerous volunteer projects and I obtained the Professional Level Certificate in the "Branch Management Academy" organized by Raiffeisen Bank International, which ensured my qualification in the Branch Management Academy - Senior Development Level.

I held training sessions, monitored and periodically evaluated the units of the Constanța Region, I successfully implemented a centralizing report at the bank level regarding the daily outflows of sources, with the help of which the crisis situation in which the bank was at that time was managed and as a result of which customers were contacted and offered in order to maintain existing sources, as well as attract new sources. Also, I implemented the first courses and tests on the bank's e-learning platform.

I specialized in the field of external payments,letters of credit and documentary collections, and I carried out counter operations,issuance and administration of debit and credit cards, at the same time having IT duties: administration and maintenance of the network and IT system. Having very good results in the activity of external payments, I was the only employee in the network involved in the pilot project of implementing the new software for carrying out the activity of external payments in the bank
