General responsibility: International sourcing and development of new sources of supply. Develop purchasing strategies, ensuring implementation. Preparation of all commercial templates of the project and inquiry documents. Commercial negotiation and assist in technical ones. Preparation of frame contracts.

Responsible for and supervises all purchasing, inspection & expediting and shipping activities; including Evaluation of contract (procurement related), Drawing up the contract specific procurement concept, Coordination of currency related requirements and customs requirements with financial/commercial divisions. Preparation of Project templates, Conducting the procurement meetings.

Responsible for all purchasing activities starting from market research, determining potential suppliers, going through several project phases such as estimating of hours, setting up procurement plan, putting up project vendor list, preparation of inquiry commercial documents, holding negotiations, placing purchase orders, arranging inspection visits, coordinating logistics activities, reporting all activities, determining supplier level of performance and finally project closure.

Review technical specifications. Setting up procurement plan. Putting material cashflow for the entire period of project. Determining material monthly Cost To Complete for the project. Technical & commercial procurement activities. Inspection of materials. Issuing purchase orders contracts & following up with suppliers/subcontractors. Also worked as mechanical construction engineer for 5 months as another role besides and as mechanical estimation engineer as another role besides procurement.
