• Isolated and maintained cultures of microorganisms, conducted microbial growth promotion test. • Studied, identified and classified microorganisms found in specimens collected from the finished product, raw material, and environmental sources. • Studied the growth, development, and other properties of microorganisms, including the positive and negative effects on plants, animals, and humans.

• Evaluated all finished goods in accordance with standard microbial testing specifications. • Microbial evaluation of all raw materials used in processing. • Environmental testing (air, water, equipment, and production workers). • Responsible in quality controlling program GMP and HACCP. • Performed pesticide residue testing to all incoming raw materials
