Successful projects include: a management buy-out in Caen (France); the sale of the laboratories on that same location, the acquisition of Catena (the Netherlands), the acquisition of Conexant set-top box business.

Owned the BU’s risk profile and the risk management process; Managed the quality of the risk assessments at the investment proposals. Implemented operational risk management; integrated risk management in development projects; developed metric for risk-adjusted return on capital.
