Line Management of the unit “Software Test” (~7+ employees), the overall responsibility of the System Tests, that covers all Lam Research Spin Clean Division products. Reporting to Technical Director, Analyzing and improving the QA and Testing Process, Overall Test Management, Quality Planning, developing the QM – Trainings and Reviews, the Process Assessments (based on TPI, SPICE and ISO), Project Management.
