Overhaul-, Repair- and Commissioning works at hydro turbines and generators: - Preparation and practical execution of the works in remote sites - Measurement of process and vibration data for condition monitoring and damage analysis - Direct contact to the customer, in different countries like Panama, Honduras, Turkey,... - Documentation and reporting

Study of hydraulic drive systems of cooling fans for cranes and excavators: - Electrical and hydraulic commissioning of the test bed - further development and changes of the test bed - Planning, execution and evaluation of various hydraulic drive circuits

Internship: - Overhaul of steam turbines, pumps and compressors - Service works at customer´s site

Part time job during studying: - CNC turning: creating and testing programs for individual parts - Manual machining: milling, drilling and grinding - Overhaul of machines and gearboxes

- Maintenance and repair works at machines and equipment - Welding (TIG) and assembly works at ceramic sand filters - Temporary trainer for students in the mechanical workshop

- Machining: turning, milling, welding - Training in repair and overhaul works of mechanical equipment - Basic courses in: Pneumatic, Electric, CNC milling
