Besides the topics of my previous position, I support ~13 developers in 3 cross functional product teams in their career development as a supervisor. I also work on larger strategic topics like implementing a career matrix for ICs, defining successful recruiting processes, introducing new roles in our organization and fostering a fail forward culture to learn from each other's mistakes. Hands-on work comes a bit shorter, but I make sure to stay fit by working on non-time critical tasks.

My focus is to simplify the life of the seller. This includes integrating carriers for generating labels and tracking shipments, simplifying seller registration and other subsystems such as generating reports and managing offers. Mainly, however, I have acted as a mentor and problem solver on critical issues on multiple fronts. I also work on larger architecture topics, such as defining the interaction of internal systems and splitting our monolithic system into domains. Further, I'm an active recruiter.

Design, implementation, training and support of software in various domains with a strong customer focus and attention to detail. These include several e-commerce stores, a platform for managing and searching stationary stores with an integrated map and a platform for managing one of Germany's largest festivals. In addition, large company websites were implemented with the help of content management systems. These often required custom extensions to map their portfolio and other complex data structures.

Training in the areas of software development with C# and PHP, network technology, electrical engineering, PLC programming and media design. The training was completed with a 6-month internship (at next.motion) with the advanced technical college entrance qualification.
