• Single point of contact for Sourcing SAP hard to hire talent for the Technology workforce. • Handled a team of 5 and ensure daily and monthly achievement of targets from the team and from myself. • Added value by identifying cost effective methods of sourcing through Media channels other than job portals, using social networks to close very hard to hire skills.
