Lead talent development, drive change management. Implement eLearning, LMS, informal learning. Develop and deliver presentations, training programmes with national governments.

I lead a collaborative Business Network with 140+ members/volunteers of Vienna city Professional Women Network – Global. Delivered 50+ yearly events, career development and mentoring programs. Responsible for building partnership with corporate partners advocating for support and resources. Our mission: promote women in leadership and support members throughout their careers and business development in Austria.

Responsible for design and implementation of Capacity Building programmes for policy/expert advice including curriculum development, on-boarding training, mock inspections, technical training programmes (e.g. nuclear and safety, leading teams) for inspectors and national experts of 183 Member States. Training Management System, contract management, quality assurance.

Responsible for design and implementation of Capacity Development programmes with governments of Azerbaijan, CEE and CIS countries in areas of policy and organizational development, leadership and management development, in-service training and process/outcome evaluation. Built stakeholder alliances, advocated and mobilised resource locally and globally for effectiveness of development programmes impacted poor and disadvantaged populations.
