By being the first student worker at NCFF I was part of developing the job on the way. Experience with TYPO3 and WordPress, Microsoft Office, MindView and SharePoint. I have worked on larger projects like “FremMedSprog” where I created and managed a Facebook group for communication with students, contacted associations, helped matching students and high schools etc. Course in Photoshop Elements.

Nominated as "Mentor of the year 2019" 1-1 mentoring students on different levels, primarily mentoring and teaching German language. Discovering and understanding the needs of the mentee, communicating based on these needs, helping the mentee to a point where they could work independently.

Over a period of 4 months I was responsible for teaching German in 5th-9th grade and mathematics in 2nd-4th grade. I learned to be very flexible as every day could look different. I have developed confidence useful when standing in front of an audience. I have also practiced communicating in different ways based on the target group.

During the Bachelors degree I did an Erasmus-exchange. I lived in Friedrichshafen in the most southern part of Germany. I studied Communication, Culture and Management at the Zeppelin Universität. I have experienced being alone in a new culture. I have improved my German language. I have developed an understanding of intercultural differences and similarities and how these can be a great perspective on the way we think and how we work.

Organizational theory + communication, market communication, German politics, society and history, negotiation in a German setting, formulating letters, e-mails, product descriptions, presentations etc. in German, knowledge of organizational structure and culture, intercultural communication Denmark - Germany.
