Responsible for a team of engineers within Le Havre for both assembly disciplines in the Nacelle product and composite manufacturing of our Blades product.

Responsible for NPI within Siemens Gamesa Offshore, specifically the tooling relating to Hub and Final Assembly product lines. I am responsible for the project and technical management of manufacturing and design sub-contractors as well as the conceptual designs which will be installed in our German factory. This involves estimation of equipment and design-authority of the product which will be ultimately installed.

Responsible for design and draughting of assembly tooling; This started from the estimation phase of the work content, building into conceptual design and stake-holder involvement, then finally the full design and issuing the data for manufacture of the tooling. I was also responsible for any issues encountered on the production line and was required to resolve issues in a fast and cost-efficient manner; Relating to component problems which required a quick solution to allow production to continue.
