Recruitment for the Funds Industry

Review and oversight of all marketing material/ website content produced for French and Luxembourg UCITS funds and any other domiciled Specialized Investment Funds (“SIFs”), and their compliance with UCITS, the SIF Law, MiFID or local jurisdiction marketing requirements. Ensure that the funds are compliant with the prospectus guidelines, Key Investor Information Document (KIID) and their constitutional documents and applicable laws and regulations.

Support of our sales managers based in Spain, Portugal, Latin America, Germany and Austria. Daily client relationship management with existing clients: sundry requests on our funds; reporting dispatch; implementation of automatic sending of NAV and information on our funds etc. Review of the investment process of client distribution agreements. KYC & AML; Requests For Proposal (RFP) for potential clients.
