I have successfully conducted business analysis, international relations, negotiations, contracting, and project coordination in various domains, such as civil aviation, travel industry, and medicine. Most recently, I was the Director of Ground Operations & Service Unit at Ukraine International Airlines, where I audited and re-engineered the customer support business processes, implementing changes in the organizational structure and IT solutions. I also increased the user retention rate by 25% by integrating incoming information channels and replacing traditional response trees with a neural network.
