Assigned to BMW AG projects - Steering of the design, evaluation and adjustment of BMW products in the car environment (integrated Tablet, USB interface, Wireless Charging Module) with CATIA V5 - Responsible of the release of models with technical drawings in BMW structural system CAD PDM - Coordination with external and internal partners

Multidisciplinary role and project management in the field of analytical instrumentation. o Preparation of proposals o Development and implementation of CAD processes and standards o Functional & technical design of 50M-2MM$ projects: – Project plan, BOM and budget – Mechanical design, general arrangement, electrical and control schematics and software programming with AutoCad & SolidWorks o Production and testing: – Supporting of manufacturing activities – Testing and documentation

Using Dassault Systems CATIA, Solidworks and PTC Pro/ENGINEER to Develop common instructions and methodologies to use CAD features like parts and assemblies creation, sheet metal design, molding and tooling design, advanced surface modelling, drafting and parametrization.

Under the supervision of the planner of the maintenance department at the plant, using the enterprise asset management (EAM) software Maximo to operate, maintain and dispose of the department assets. Extracting data from the software to prepare efficiency reports and consumption. Developing automatic reports and representative charts using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) by creating advanced macros under Microsoft Excel.

Installing swimming pool protection barriers on site. In a team of three to four people, planning equipment and material needs, shipping, delivery and installation of the barriers at the customer’s location.
