Merve Azazi

I'm currently doing my master's degree at Yıldız Technical University on Human Resources Management.I’m continuing my career on Recruitment, Planning and Development of Training, Motivation Management,Performance Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Potential Management, Career Management. I’ve completed my bachelor degree on German Language Teaching(evening education) at Selçuk University with a first degree as an honour student. I took part in foreign language education of individuals of different ages as a German and an English teacher.Since I think that the educational development of an individual should be evaluated according to pedagogical norms regardless of their age,I think that the people who touch and plan their career should be selected by the people who know and adopt this scientific education.I’m shaping my career planning with foresight and forward-looking,by taking into account the needs of companies that have corporate and international standards.
