Reach out to new customers with a focus on non-profit organizations and associations. Provide technical support with regard to the usage of LINEUPR platform and tools.

Assure the outreach to the Local Community. Run publicity around the campus to TU-Dresden and off the campus. Organize at least a monthly activity to achieve engagement with the local community.

Follow up with the customers and assure their satisfaction with the provided services. Monthly reports about upcoming customers and sales made.

The main contact for exhibitors, in case of technical and non-technical issues. Routinely visit the exhibitor’s booths. Daily reports to the Head of Public Relations bureau with complained raised and procedures that were taken.

Engine build/strip Line. Worked on GE CF34-8E Engine. Arrange paperwork about the serviceability of engine and assistance in an inspection under supervision. Part of a team in a case of Aicraft On Ground (AOG).
