Entering and verifying data in databases and/or Microsoft office in maintaining accurate records of the company. Inserting job descriptions, work orders, contracts and master data into shipping database (AMOS). Coordinating with vessels with regard data alignment using JIRA platform. Preparation of digital documents to insert in the maintenance database such as technical manuals, drawings, forms and picture.

• Data collection on various water sites in the Krachi East District of Ghana for better water policy implementation. • File collected data and upload into the clouds using stipulated device. • Conduct data analysis on the external qualitative and quantitative indices using stipulated methods.
