As a Customer service representative, in a wholesale department, i was responsible for client servicing and client acquisition, managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also had been tasked with bringing more clients into the company to increase revenue.

Working at a building-material Wholesaler in Thessaloniki. Main activity, supply material to constructors. During my work I was in charge to extend the existed clientlist. Coordinating my tasks, i made extended search of new customers visiting them private at their construction field and also promote them the company's material due to their needs. Left because of new carreer opportunities.

At this point i made my educational practice as an junior Engineer by designing Natural Gas projects for home use and some bigger projects for Factories. Also i was able to develop the company's client list, make offer quotes and follow up every order.
