Prepared all aspects of client property portfolios with averages of 15 to 20. Responsibilities included financial projections and valuations, lease analysis, budget review, credit analysis, and other due diligence projects.

Students engage in a rigorous program which takes full advantage of the latest technologies and methodologies. Core and elective courses cover corporate finance, entrepreneurial financing, econometrics, financial risk management, mergers and acquisitions, data mining and discovery informatics.
